Parking Space
A unique quality that comes with the BB House is the huge Parking/concrete area.
Particulally for guests coming to stay for Ebisu Circuit purposes, we welcome you to bring and work on your car in the space. Please note the below rules in regards to working on your car in the space.

PLYWOOD (SUPPLIED) MUST BE PLACED UNDER ALL DRIFT CARS
Regardless if you are working on the car or if its just parked in the space. Due to the common oil/fluid leaks coming out of race and drift cars, the concrete must be protected. Any leaks/stains left on the concrete will lead to additional cleaning fee charges.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
No power tool use or loud noises after sunset - please respect our neighbours and the Japanese culture.
TYRE MACHINE IS UNAVALIABLE FOR GUEST USE
